Numerous countries, from Spain through Switzerland to Albania, are making great efforts to promote their tourism potential and are fighting for every tourist from Saudi Arabia. Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have such capacity for its own promotion, but still the best advertisement we have are the experiences of those who were in B&amp;H and who gladly return to it every time urging their friends and acquaintances to join them, said Ambassador of B&amp;H in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Muhamed Jusić in an interview with FENA. 
According to him, a serious obstacle to the arrival of a larger number of tourists is the demanding visa regime, because every potential tourist must come to the embassy for an interview.
-Saudi Arabia is a huge country and it is too complicated for many families. That is why more and more of them decide to travel to B&amp;H with the visas of the Schengen countries, which they can get easier and faster than the B&amp;H visa- said Ambassador Jusić.
He expressed hope that "the initiative of the association of workers in the tourism and hotel sector from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina, which demanded that Saudi Arabia, as has already been done for all other Gulf countries, abolish visas, or at least abolish suspends the visa regime during the tourist season". 
-This would bring us a quick financial injection into the worst affected sectors of the economy from March, when the permission of the citizens of Saudi Arabia to travel abroad after several months of ban due to the Covid-19 pandemic is expected. I hope that there will be a hearing from the authorities for such a decision, that it will not be politicized and that we will not miss this opportunity- Ambassador Jusić emphasized.
It should be noted that Saudi Arabia is a member of the G20 and one of the world's largest economies, and that the largest companies and countries are vying for its market.
-They are among the most potent investors in the world and many countries, especially Europe and North America, are making serious efforts to attract investors. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is very difficult for our companies to compete with these "world players", so it is very important that our performance is serious and based on realistic possibilities. What Bosnia certainly has is a "soft power" that rests on the incredible friendship of citizens, business people and even people in power, and especially King Salman, who through his entire social and political engagement was especially attached to B&amp;H. But we cannot base everything on the sympathies that these people have towards us, especially not when we talk about exports, investments and business relations,” said Jusić, commenting on the possibilities of cooperation between B&amp;H and Saudi Arabia.
Speaking about the current situation in Saudi Arabia and its response to the coronavirus pandemic, Ambassador Jusić points out that "Saudi Arabia has been declared the sixth country in the world, and the first among the Gulf countries in its response to the Covid-19 pandemic."
-A little over a month ago, the competent authorities in the Kingdom declared that they have a pandemic under control on their territory. Now the state is working rapidly to repair the consequences that the pandemic has left on the economy. We are working on reducing the budget deficit, encouraging citizens to invest in the domestic and world economy and the gradual return of the visits to Mecca and Medina. Here, vaccination is largely underway and the whole process takes place using digital technologies. In any case, everything indicates a gradual and careful return to normal flows- said Ambassador Jusić for FENA.

Ambassadors of Germany and France Margret Uebber and Christine Toudic visited the War Childhood Museum in Sarajevo today on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the signing of the Elysee Treaty of Friendship between the two countries.

The agreement, signed on January 22, 1963, at the Elysee Palace in Paris, by the then President of France Charles de Gaulle and German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer is considered the cornerstone for the creation of the European Energy Community and then the European Union.

German Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Margret Uebber pointed out that the agreement served as a basis for reconciliation between the two nations that had been at war for centuries.

-The two heads of state then showed exceptional courage and their policy paved the way for reconciliation and created the basis for France and Germany to become the core of the European Union- said Ambassador Uebber.

French Ambassador Christine Toudic pointed out that they chose the War Childhood Museum for today's event because they believe that it is extremely important to think about children who have experienced the war or live in it.

After World War II, Ambassador Toudic said, France and Germany set up a Youth Office that allowed more than eight million young people to meet colleagues from another country about whom they often knew nothing.

-We think the War Childhood Museum is doing the same thing. Children suffer in war, we all know that and we should be aware of it and that is why it is important to talk about them- she pointed out.

FB&H justice and inspection officials meet with EU4Justice project leader

Aljoša Čampara, the Minister of Internal Affairs of FB&amp;H, said this morning in the continuation of the trial of Osman Mehmedagić, the director of ISA, and Muhamed Pekić, an employee of this agency, that the Intelligence Service of B&amp;H was privatized and worked for the interests of the SDA political party.
Čampara, a Prosecution witness in the case in which Mehmedagic is being tried for abuse of office, said "it is not normal for the OSA director to participate in the SDA's personnel policy", pointing to the indictee's ties to the party leadership.
Čampara confirmed in Court that his advisor Mirela Bubalo informed him of the information that two ISA employees had submitted anonymous criminal charges against director Mehmedagić.

The witness himself confirmed that an anonymous criminal report came to the address of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, which he then forwarded to the jurisdiction of the Federal Police Administration (FPA).
As he said, everyone has the right to file a criminal complaint, and it is true that he told Bubalo, through his advisor, Amina Ohranović, not to worry because she did nothing illegal.
- Illegal things were done by those who abused their position and had the exempt footage from the Post Office published on the Istaga.ba portal. - said Čampara.
Witness Čampara said that by publishing the identity of Councilor Bubalo and discrediting her in the media, the goal was to reach him because he spoke publicly about scandals that shake the party, abuses of the ISA director ..., because it was thought he had endured it.
- I don't know why filing a criminal complaint is a blow to the state. Everyone has the right to submit it - said Čampara.

- I do not hide behind any reports, nor is it true that I am a foreign spy. Whoever did whatever, let the institutions determine, but I want to point out publicly the illegal actions that were done by publishing the recordings on certain portals - said Čampara.
He also said that everyone who came in contact with him was satanized and that his friend from SIPA, Adis Drnda, felt it best on his skin, and he immediately became the subject of security checks.

He also told an interesting detail about the police commissioner of the SC Ministry of the Interior, Nusret Selimović, regarding the anonymous report against director Mehmedagić, which also came to this address.

He told me that he was angry with him for sending the report to the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, and not to the Prosecutor's Office of SC - stated Čampara.
This morning, ISA employee Ibrahim Međedović and Čampara's advisor Mirela Bubalo were questioned in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She stated that she had filed criminal charges against the accused Mehmedagić and journalist Avdo Avdić, said due to abuse of office.
- After the video was published in the media where it was claimed that I was exposed to a public lynching, my husband lost his job. That is why I filed a criminal complaint against Mehmedagić and journalist Avdić. In addition, I am a collateral damage in the relations between Mehmedagić and Čampara.
She claimed that Čampara had warned her that anything could happen, given his political status in the SDA and the conflict with the ISA director, but that she did not expect such attacks.

She said that she was given an anonymous criminal report by two ISA employees, who she knows from sight, because they work in the same building as the headquarters of this agency.
- I am asking for criminal prosecution and compensation for all that was done to me, and I filed a criminal complaint against Mehmedagić in the same post office that they claimed I was in and sent the reports - said Bubalo.
She added that she suffered fear after her identity was published in the media with allegations that she had filed charges.
- After my information, address and exact map of the road to my apartment were published on the portal of Osman Mehmedagić's friend, Avdo Avdić, I started receiving various threatening messages. From having to rape and slaughter me onwards. This was done by SDA bots and people close to the accused Mehmedagić. I also had insomnia and got a stress allergy. I contacted a doctor and a psychiatrist. I survived a real lynching - said Bubalo.
Witness Međedović, otherwise the head of the ISA Counterintelligence Department, whose superior is the ISA Deputy Trifko Buha, also confirmed that a hybrid war and secret operations were being waged against the ISA.
He confirmed that ISA had obtained information through operational information that someone had filed a criminal complaint against the director of ISA and that they were thought to be employees of this agency. He said that all operations were approved by the general director - Osman Mehmedagić, but he did not answer why no investigation was launched to determine how the footage from ISA leaked and who submitted it to the media.

Čampara testified in Court of B&H: ISA works for SDA interests, Mehmedagić participates in party personnel policy

After the new evidence published in the media, ie "Dnevni avaz", the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of B&amp;H formed a new case against the President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina Ranko Debevec, it was confirmed today for "Avaz" from this institution.

<h2>Sent questions and answers for the professional exam</h2>

This is the third case in several months against the President of the Court. The new case was formed after the new evidence published in the media, ie "Dnevni Avaz" about the abuses of the leader of the Court of B&amp;H, concerning illegal employment, more precisely the fact that he sent to the trainee questions and answers for the professional exam, which we wrote about two days ago.
- Regarding your inquiry, the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina can confirm that, based on media reports, it has formed an ex officio case against the holder of judicial office from your inquiry - we were told by the Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office.
The office will also check Debevec's travels to Spain and whether he misused state resources as the head of this judicial institution, at a time when he was on holiday in Malaga with Amela Ć., with whom he was then in an emotional relationship. In addition, as we wrote, Debevec hid the dual identity and citizenship of the Kingdom of Spain.

Earlier, the cases were formed due to inappropriate contact with the accused director of ISA Osman Mehmedagić, but also report from an anonymous letter published in the media four days ago, regarding the request for Debevec to resign due to numerous abuses of office and fulfillment of wishes of the Director of ISA.

<h2>The reaction of the Prosecutor's Office of B&H is also awaited</h2>

In September, Debevec also received a report from the Office of the Disciplinary Counsel regarding the fact that he had not reported his Spanish citizenship and Spanish name and surname. It is unknown at this time what the Office has done in relation to this report.
Also, the reaction of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H is awaited when it comes to the information that Debevec arranged the employment of an intern in the Court of B&amp;H.

Former Commander of the Third Corps of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sakib Mahmuljin, was sentenced today by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to 10 years in prison by a first instance verdict.
The Indictment alleges that during the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, an armed conflict between the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and 'the Army of the Republic of Srpska' (VRS) in the Zavidovići Municipality, the Accused Sakib Mahmuljin, in his capacity as the Commander of the 3rd Corps of the B&amp;H Army, under which 'El Mujahidin' detachment also operated, during 1995 and the military operation of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the wider area of ​​Zavidovići and Vozuća, within which members of the "El Mujahidin" detachment committed war crimes against prisoners of war and Serb civilians in that area, he did not do anything to prevent the said crime, although he had information that members of this detachment were preparing to commit the crime, and that after the crime was committed he did not do anything to punish the perpetrators of the crime.
The indictment charged Sakib Mahmuljin with the criminal offenses of War Crimes against Prisoners of War, War Crimes against the Wounded and Sick and War Crimes against Civilians, stated the B&amp;H Court.&nbsp;

Army of B&H commander Mahmuljin sentenced to 10 years in prison for war crime

Ranko Debevec, the President of the Court of B&amp;H, stayed at the end of 2017., more precisely from November 25th to December 2nd, in Spain, where he owns an apartment in Malaga. As it was established, Debevec never reported that apartment in his property card, although he was obliged to do so by law.

A few months ago, the portal pressmedia.ba announced that the President of the Court of B&amp;H, when applying for this high state position, did not even report that he possessed dual citizenship.
These allegations, based on the criminal report, are already being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H. In March last year, Debevec was reported to have a dual identity in Spain, allegedly numerous properties, as well as that he have been employing in the Court of B&amp;H people outside the law ... All these irregularities are slowly coming to light.
So far, the public has not had concrete evidence that Debevec uses another name in Spain, however, this dilemma is completely solved by plane tickets, copies of which were presented to "Avaz" journalists.
Namely, the tickets were reserved at the Lufthansa airline, and were paid 532 euros. Debevec, under the name Ranko Debevec Kaveson, flew to Malaga from the airport in Zagreb, in the company of Alma Ć., an employee of the Court of B&amp;H with whom he was in an emotional relationship at the time. They had connecting flight from the Frankfurt airport, and then in the late hours they arrived by plane in Malaga, that is, at the destination - the town of Torremelinos, where Debevec has an apartment.

In the same company, ie with Alma Ć., Debevec traveled in the summer months as well, allegedly by car and accompanied by the officers of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies, and as evidenced there are pictures of a couple „in love“ from the beach in Malaga.
Leaving aside the "emotional" aspect of this story, the fundamental questions remain as to who bore the costs of travel, airfare, vacation, or to be more precise, whether Debevec and Alma Ć., as employees of the Court, had per diems for those days or they took the days off. In addition, the competent authorities should check whether state resources and the budget have been misused in all respects.
The Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies of B&amp;H still hides data on when and how many times the officers of the Directorate drove the President of the Court of B&amp;H to Spain and whether he made announcements for other persons with whom he traveled that they are not members of his family.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of B&amp;H, although we referred to the Law on Freedom of Access to Information, refused to give us information on whether the President of the Court of B&amp;H, as the holder of a diplomatic passport, announced travel for certain person from the Court of B&amp;H, employe of this institution, when he travelled to Spain. 
- This is official correspondence which, in accordance with the legal regulations of B&amp;H, cannot be the subject of assignment to third parties - it is stated in the response from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of B&amp;H.

<h2>The reaction of the Prosecutor's Office and the HJPC is awaited</h2>

After the discovery of our newspaper that Debevec, through his closest associate, sent questions and answers to the candidate intern for taking the professional exam, the reaction of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H is expected in order to verify all these allegations.
Also, the reaction of the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor is expected to form a third case against Debevac after the information published in the media about the misuse of state resources.

-The B&amp;H PA Joint Committee on Defense and Security received today from members of the B&amp;H Ministry of Security an overview of the most important activities in the work of this ministry to address security challenges, risks and threats to B&amp;H, and the focus of this report is related to the migrant crisis- Selmo Cikotić said.
He added that part of the report addressed the fight against terrorism, human trafficking and other security threats, including the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, and the coordination of police agencies and co-operation with countries in the region and international organizations, as well as projections of numerous activities.
In the context of migration management, Cikotić emphasized the importance of adopting an Action Plan and establishing coordination of all state structures in that field.
Commenting on the spending of the European Union funds in the segment of the migrant crisis, he reminded that this is in principle carried out through the mechanisms of the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
When asked by journalists about the mentioned EU funds for managing the migrant crisis, Cikotić stated that about 89 million euros have been set aside for that purpose since 2018 and that none of that money has been implemented through B&amp;H institutions.
Part of that money, he said, goes to law enforcement agencies involved in migration management and certain local communities.
Chairman of the B&amp;H PA Joint Committee on Defense and Security, Asim Sarajlić, expressed his satisfaction with the quality exchange of information, which, as he stated, ensures the capacity to make the best possible decisions.
The first deputy chair of the Joint Committee, Dušanka Majkić, said that since 2015, this Committee has been trying to find essential answers, i.e. a complete plan of measures to respond to the migrant crisis.
-We have things that are known to us, but we lack a lot of answers- said Majkić, wondering -who are the migrants, are they refugees or economic migrants- and how is it possible that the state does not do enough to return them to their countries of origin.

The trial of Osman Mehmedagić, the director of ISA, and Muhamed Pekić, an employee of this agency, who are accused of abuse of office, is scheduled to continue tomorrow in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Mehmedagić and Pekić are charged with abuse of office under the indictment of the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Mehmedagić, as the director of ISA, and Pekić, as the head of the Cyber Security Department at this institution, are accused of unauthorized obtaining information about the sender of the anonymous report against Mehmedagić.
According to the indictment, they learned in an unspecified manner that an anonymous report had been filed, and Pekić, according to Mehmedagić's order to obtain the recording, contacted the director of "BH Post". They asked for surveillance footage for August 27th, stating that it was a state secret.

So far, seven prosecution witnesses have been heard in this case, and three more are scheduled for tomorrow.

B&amp;H Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik said that the latest decision of the CEC B&amp;H represents pure ethnic engineering.

He pointed out that the decision of the CEC to annul the elections in Doboj and Srebrenica is shameful, RTRS reports.
- It is directed against the Republic of Srpska, but it is also a preparation for the next elections. They want to weaken the SNSD. All Serb polling stations in Srebrenica were annulled, and two Bosniak polling stations were not. This is about pure engineering. The CEC is under the pure management of foreigners - said Dodik.
He said this should not have happened, adding that the CEC's decision set a serious precedent.
- The city of Doboj has started to develop. A highway, a hospital, a hall are being built, and now someone wants to stop it - stated Dodik, who is also the leader of the SNSD.
Dodik stated that this is a shameful coalition of SDS and PDP, ie Mirko Šarović and Branislav Borenović.

- They cannot annul enough elections in Republic of Srpska as much as we will win. Where Serbs are, attempts are being made to impose that Serbs do not respect the law. This is directly in the function of political Sarajevo. All voting rights in Doboj and Srebrenica were annulled. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Bosnia and Herzegovina Olav Reinertsen visited today the temporary reception center for migrants at the Sedra Hotel in the municipality of Cazin, and handed over a donation in the form of protective medical equipment to help with the COVID pandemic.
-Norway is helping Bosnia and Herzegovina in the fight against the pandemic by donating equipment to institutions across the country. What I learned today, in this reception center, is that they have been waiting for protective equipment for a long time. I hope that with this donation we will alleviate the situation in the center, and help in this extremely difficult humanitarian crisis- Reinertsen pointed out.
The equipment worth 186,000 KM, consisting of protective masks and gloves, disinfection tunnels and disinfectants, as well as thermometers and protective suits, will be delivered to reception centers in the Una-Sana and the Sarajevo Canton during January. Procurement was coordinated by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in consultation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
-There are currently 348 beneficiaries at Sedra, all of them vulnerable categories, families with children, and 55 unaccompanied minors. Many thanks to the Government of Norway for this important donation, and to the UNDP for mediation- said Vladimir Mitkovski, IOM Coordinator for the region.
Particularly vulnerable categories of people on the move, including families with children, are currently staying at the Sedra Temporary Reception Center. The assigned equipment will provide a greater degree of protection when it comes to the transmission of coronavirus, and facilitate the work in the reception centers.
In the previous period, the Government of the Kingdom of Norway also provided funds for the purchase of respirators for healthcare institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a number of medical monitors for various health institutions, as well as protective equipment for medical workers.
The donated equipment was procured on the basis of the agreement on the response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which was signed by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in B&amp;H and the UNDP on March 26, 2020.
The UNDP remains committed to supporting the health system in Bosnia and Herzegovina in response to COVID-19.
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the UNDP has been actively supporting local authorities and healthcare institutions at all levels in mitigating the crisis through a joint and coordinated United Nations response.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, as part of the United Nations response in B&amp;H, the UNDP, in partnership and with funding from the European Union, the governments of Norway and Switzerland, and relevant institutions in B&amp;H, has ensured the procurement and delivery of more than 2.9 million essential medical supplies and equipment, stated the UNDP.&nbsp;

Pope Francis, who is scheduled to visit Iraq in March, on Thursday condemned a twin suicide bombing that killed at least 32 people in a Baghdad market as a “senseless act of brutality”.
In a message sent in his name to the Iraqi president, the pope gave no indication as to whether the bombing would affect his planned trip.
More than 100 people were injured in the attack.
-In deploring this senseless act of brutality, he (the pope) prays for the deceased victims and their families, for the injured and for the emergency personnel in attendance- the message said.
It said the pope hoped that Iraqi could continue to work to overcome violence with “fraternity, solidarity and peace.”.
Francis is scheduled to make the first trip by a pope to Iraq on March 5-8, visiting Baghdad and four other towns.
The Vatican on Wednesday issued new logistical information for journalists planning to cover the trip, but sources have said it could be postponed or cancelled at any time depending on the security situation or health conditions related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Swedish Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina Johanna Strömquist and Head of the OSCE Mission to B&amp;H, Kathleen Kavalec, presented today the OSCE Swedish Chairpersonship 2021 priorities.
-As Chair of the OSCE, Sweden’s primary focus will be to go back to basics, the fundamental tasks of the OSCE: to defend the European security order, to uphold the OSCE comprehensive concept of security and to contribute to resolving conflicts in accordance with international law- said Strömquist.
She added that the Chair’s approach is based on the OSCE’s joint principles and commitments, the rules and tools created to prevent and solve conflicts and crises to build security for both people and states. 
Ambassador Strömquist said that the security challenges Europe is currently facing can only be solved and sustained through international co-operation and that the platform the OSCE provides is immensely important in this context.
-In Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sweden’s focus as Chair of the OSCE, with the support of the OSCE Mission to B&amp;H, will be on trust-building and dialogue; comprehensive security, including the fight against corruption; and media freedom. Upholding human rights, strengthening democracy, promoting the rule of law and advancing gender equality will be embedded in all our work- said Strömquist.
Head of the OSCE Mission to B&amp;H Kavalec stressed that Sweden and the OSCE Mission to B&amp;H will continue to work with local and international actors to build on what has been achieved and expand trust-building and dialogue between individuals and organizations in B&amp;H.
-Last year, B&amp;H marked the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which brought peace to B&amp;H and secured the mandate of the OSCE Mission. Much progress has been made since then, but political tensions continue to undermine B&amp;H's governance and prevent the country from moving forward. Efforts need to be made to strengthen comprehensive security in B&amp;H, which is based on democratic principles, the rule of law and respect for human rights- said Kavalec.
Among the priorities for this year, she cited improving the voting process to ensure the integrity of elections, then supporting amendments to the Election Law, increasing women's participation in politics, and activities to promote gender equality and inclusive political parties and institutions.
-In 2021, we will double our work on improving the political climate and fight against inflammatory rhetoric. We will support those who strive to build better relationships in their communities. The priorities of our mission and chairpersonship will be the promotion of human rights and the defense of media freedom. We will continue to work on the rule of law, the fight against corruption and violent extremism- said Kavalec.
Finally, she emphasized that the OSCE Mission to B&amp;H remains ready, together with this year's Swedish chairpersonship, to help B&amp;H overcome the challenges this year will bring.&nbsp;
