On January 4th, the Sarajevo Municipal Court ruled (65 0 P 775988 19 P) that the defendant internet portal Slobodna Bosna was obliged to pay 3,000 KM in damages to the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, Gordana Tadić, for publishing defamation and lies.
The verdict states that the defendant "Slobodna Bosna" is obliged to reimburse the plaintiff Tadić for the costs of the litigation in the amount of 1,089.16 KM, as well as the pronouncement of the verdict on the internet portal www.slobodna-bosna.ba.
The explanation of the verdict states that prosecutor Tadić filed a lawsuit against the publisher of "Slobodna Bosna" on July 18th, 2019., for damages for defamation.

The lawsuit was filed because of the text published on the portal "Slobodna Bosna" on July 17th, 2019, entitled: "New scandal of Gordana Tadić: In the official documents of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H Neum is treated as a foreign country"
The text, which is characterized as defamation, states that Gordana Tadić stayed in Neum "with a date of July", so on July 7th this month she was accommodated in the hotel "Jadran", which costed the taxpayers 263.57 KM " .
However, prosecutor Tadić pointed out that the obvious intention of the defendants (Slobodna Bosna) was to present defamatory content and that untrue content had been published, which the Court eventually accepted.
Namely, Tadić pointed out that she had never stayed in the "Jadran" hotel in Neum during her life. 
Tadić also stated at the hearing that the defendants did not prove the truth of their claims at all, nor did they offer the court evidence for defamatory allegations, nor did they appear at the hearing at all.
She added that in addition to not staying at the "Jadran" hotel, she did not use a Croatian passport because she used an official B&amp;H passport during the trip.
In addition, as stated during the testimony, additional checks established that the "Jadran" hotel, which "Slobodna Bosna" wrote about, was not located in Neum at all.
Considering that the text of the Slobodna Bosna, for which they were convicted of defamation, clearly states in the title "Prosecutor Tadić's new scandal", the conclusion after the verdict is that it is obviously a new portal scandal under the direct political control of Bakir Izetbegović and Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, who cannot forgive the state prosecutor for prosecuting respiratory theft and abuse of ISA director Osman Mehmedagić Osmica.

The Berlin Film Festival, which usually kicks off in February, said last month it would run this year's edition in two stages, an online offering for industry professionals in March and a public event in June.

The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina as an institution, and I as a member of the Presidency, have nothing to do with the gift of a controversial Orthodox relic that the Presidency Chairman Dodik gave to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov during his last visit.
This was not discussed in the Presidency, nor had any decision been made in that regard. So, I was not involved in any way or was aware of what kind of gift Dodik would give to Lavrov, said today in a statement for the media a member of the Presidency of B&amp;H, Šefik Džaferović.

The share of domestic tourists in the total number of overnight stays was 66 percent, while the share of foreign tourists was 34 percent, according to the Agency for Statistics of B&amp;H.
The number of overnight stays of domestic tourists was lower by 40.5 percent compared to October 2020 and lower by 40.9 percent compared to November 2019. The number of overnight stays of foreign tourists was lower by 32.8 percent compared to October 2020 and 81.7 percent lower compared to November 2019.
In the structure of overnight stays of foreign tourists in November 2020, most overnight stays were realized by tourists from the United Arab Emirates (19.6 percent), Serbia (18.2 percent), Croatia (14.9 percent), Turkey (4.8 percent), Italy (3.6 percent) and Kuwait (3.2 percent) for a total of 64.3 percent. Tourists from other countries accounted for 35.7 percent of overnight stays.

- Years ago, we have a situation where we all declaratively condemn such types of gatherings that again provoke hatred and fear, especially among returnees to that part of B&amp;H. The problem is that none of the pro-Bosnian forces used legal means to protect their interests or criminal charges, which I think is tragic. The government of Sarajevo Canton filed a criminal complaint in March last year (2019, author's comment), during the so-called six, then we sent a couple of urgencies because the report was not acted upon - Brčić told for "Avaz" at the time.

Minister Gudeljević asked Sattler, with his authority in the EU, to speed up the process of delivering vaccines to B&amp;H, which Ambassador Sattler confirmed, emphasizing that many European countries face the same issues.
Sattler emphasized that B&amp;H was among the first to apply for vaccines against Covid-19 and that it would definitely not be the last to receive them, the B&amp;H Ministry of Civil Affairs said in a statement.
