A Ryanair passenger plane travelling from Dublin to Krakow made an emergency landing in Berlin after authorities were alerted to a security threat which later proved to be unfounded, German police said Monday.

-We had a tip-off by telephone, and we had to be sure that there was no danger- a police spokesman told AFP.
While police gave no further details about the nature of the alert, German newspaper Bild Zeitung said the Poland-bound flight made the unexpected diversion late Sunday after a reported bomb threat.
With 160 people on board, the flight arrived at the Berlin-Brandenburg airport shortly after 8:00 pm (1800 GMT) Sunday. The passengers were later tranferred onto another plane which took off early Monday morning. 
Police said that officers had completed their security checks "without any danger being detected".
The flight was emptied with the baggage also searched, German media reported.
-The Ryanair plane that made an emergency landed reported an air emergency and was therefore immediately given a landing permit at BER- airport spokesman Jan-Peter Haack told Bild.
The incident comes a week after a Ryanair flight was forced to divert to Belarus, with a passenger -- a dissident journalist -- arrested on arrival.
And in July last year, another Ryanair plane from Dublin to Krakow was forced to make an emergency landing in London after a false bomb threat.

The Medical Chamber of the Sarajevo Canton published on its official website the decision to award the honorary title of chief of medicine to 33 doctors, including the director of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS), Sebija Izetbegović.

The decision was published six days ago and comes in the midst of violent reactions from the public and doctors regarding the dubious academic education of the wife of SDA leader Bakir Izetbegović.
- We would like to inform you that the honorary title of chief of medicine has been awarded in recognition of many years of successful work and special results achieved in protecting the health of the population and health development for the year 2020 - the Chamber said in a statement.
In the previous days, the Chamber condemned, as they stated, unfounded attacks on the director of KCUS, instead of asking that all allegations be investigated objectively, primarily about her postgraduate studies in Zagreb, on the basis of which she received her master's and then doctoral degrees.
Dr. Bakir Nakaš points out that the SC Medical Chamber has long lost all credibility and that it "works and acts according to the wishes of individuals", and not on the basis of real merits in health care.
- The chamber has been privatized. And all this has been happening since it was taken over by her (Sebije Izetbegović, Op. Cit.) Clinic. There is no longer an objective criterion, because all the reactions of the last days are essentially going in the direction of promoting Sebija and protecting her. The chamber totally collapsed. It is not even close to the one we created when we talked about values - says Nakaš.
He claims that the title of chief of medicine in SC has also been completely devalued.
- It is well known what is stated in the rulebook and what it refers to. It is known who can get the title of chief of medicine and why he/she has it. Today, it is awarded if someone is dear and nice to someone and according to their wishes - says Nakaš.
He reminds that a few years ago, many refused to be awarded this title because, as he states, they did not want to be side by side with certain people who did not deserve it.
- This title has become political, and the least professional - says Nakaš.

Izet Hočko, president of the Union of Doctors of Medicine and Dentistry of Sarajevo Canton, says that the Chamber does not work in the interest of doctors, but in the interest of individuals.
- Everything they do, even when they make these decisions, it is only in the interest of the group that manages the Chamber. Besides, they were illegally elected and everything is in court. It is run by a small group and they went to a side that is not in the interests of the doctors. Who are they protecting - Hočko asks.

<h2>Who are the new chiefs of medicine, whence Miladinović</h2>

Apart from Sebija Izetbegović, Elvira Karaselimović-Džambasović, Hasan Tanović, Lejla Alađuz, Dunja Hodžić, Amira Baždarević-Rašidagić, Aida Ćorić also received the title of chiefs of medicine. It is interesting that Ksenija Miladinović, who is the president of the Chamber, is also on the list.

Turkey on Friday welcomed a resolution adopted by the UN Human Rights Council (OHCHR) calling for the urgent establishment of an international independent investigation commission to probe Israel's human rights violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.

-We see this decision as an important step towards making Israeli authorities accountable in the international arena for its crimes committed in the occupied Palestinian territories, in particular the excessive, disproportionate and illegal use of force against the Palestinian people without discrimination- the Turkish Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The council "decides to urgently establish an ongoing independent, international commission of inquiry, to be appointed by the President of the Human Rights Council, to investigate in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and in Israel,” said the resolution.
The commission will investigate "all alleged violations of international humanitarian law and all alleged violations and abuses of international human rights law leading up to and since 13 April 2021, and all underlying root causes of recurrent tensions, instability, and protraction of conflict, including systematic discrimination and repression based on national, ethnic, racial or religious identity," it added.
The resolution was adopted by 24 votes, with nine countries voting against and 14 abstaining.
Countries that voted no included Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, Malawi, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay, arguing that this would be an unprecedented ongoing investigation.

Yesterday in Sarajevo, the Ambassadors of the PIC member states officially appointed German politician Christian Schmidt as the next High Representative in B&amp;H.

And while Schmidt eventually received broad support from the world's leading democracies, from European states to US President Joe Biden,media-intelligence circles of ISA leader Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, under the political baton of Bakir Izetbegović, carried out a kind of public lynching of Schmidt by bombarding the public with conspiracy theories related to the famous German politician.
Thus, a sensationalist text entitled "Berlin in cooperation with Moscow: Germany overthrows Inzko to bring Schmidt" was published on a blog owned by Osmica's journalist associate Avdo Avdić in December last year. The text presented a nebulous theory about a secret agreement between Russia and Germany, which aims to impose a dominant influence in B&amp;H by joint efforts, and the only "evidence" for these incredible claims were "reliable sources".
Defamatory texts against Christian Schmidt continued in the following days, so in addition to being a "Russian man", we also received information from Osmica's journalist that he was also a Croatian lobbyist, closely connected with the HDZ, a person who received medals in Croatia given to war criminals (this is the Order of Ante Starčević, which was also awarded to Aziz ef Hasanović, President of the Meshihat of the Islamic Community in the Republic of Croatia, and former Mufti of Zagreb Ševko Omerbašić), a friend of Republika Srpska (as evidenced by the presence of Schmidt's party colleague at the celebration of RS Day a few years ago), and they in the meantime, informed us that Schmidt's appointment is allegedly opposed by the administration of newly elected US President Joe Biden.

Due to these incredible constructions, the former CDU representative in the Bundestag and a great friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Stefan Schwarz, reacted sharply, saying that Avdić's theories about Schmidt were "garbage".
- I read that crazy article. I'm angry and I'm sorry, but I have to speak freely: this article is full of garbage. There is so much false news and only crazy conspiracy theories in this work that I wonder how Avdić could have written them at all or why some media would publish such a joke - wrote Schwarz.
Russia has publicly opposed Schmidt's appointment, instead advocating the abolition of the OHR Office, and voted against Schmidt's appointment at the last PIC session. On the other hand, at the end of April, it was confirmed that the United States would also support the appointment of Schmidt.
In this way, Schwartz's claim that the theories of Avdić and Osmica are really just garbage was confirmed.

What exactly was a motive or, more precisely, political blindness that led Bakir Izetbegović's structures to launch a public lynching of the new High Representative, based on complete fabrications, remains unclear.
But what is certainly crystal clear is that it was insane to „welcome“ the new High Representative in advance and to be hostile to him.
Tihs is a continuation of the catastrophic suicide policy for Bosniaks that Izetbegović has been pursuing for years, from complete subordination to Erdogan, to Džaferović's anti-Western statements in Pakistan, a policy that has already led to the fact that Bosniaks in the West are having less and less open doors and strong allies.

The Service for Foreigners’ Affairs has undertaken operational activities aimed at controlling the movement and stay of migrants in the city of Bihać at four locations: Žegarsko polje, Debeljača, a location near the Cantonal Hospital and the Jedinstvo football stadium, where the migrants gathered and stayed in makeshift accommodation.
 
The Service for Foreigners’ Affairs stated that the inspectors of the Service found 255 migrants at the mentioned locations, mostly citizens of Pakistan and Afghanistan, and they were relocated, accommodated and taken care of in the temporary reception center Lipa.
Currently, medical examination, identification and registration activities are being carried out, as well as accommodation in the preventive isolation part of the temporary reception center Lipa.
The activities were carried out in cooperation with the police officers of the Ministry of the Interior of the Una-Sana Canton, and with the support of the medical team of the humanitarian organization SOS Bihać.
On this occasion, a certain number of unaccompanied minors were found, of which the Center for Social Work of the City of Bihać was immediately informed in order to initiate procedures for determining guardianship and their further accommodation and care.

"I enrolled postgraduate studies on March 2nd, 1993 at the University of Zagreb - Faculty of Medicine. All classes - lectures, practical work and consultations, as well as exams were conducted in English. Unfortunately, due to political circumstances, I had to leave Zagreb without passing four out of the 14 exams. Please allow me to take the remaining exams and write my master's thesis. "

This was written by Sebija Izetbegović, director of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS), on August 10th, 1994, in a request to the Council for Scientific Research and Postgraduate Studies in Sarajevo. Sebija enclosed a postgraduate student booklet with her request. However, there is no list of the ten certified exams she said she passed out of 14 exams.
On the other hand, Sebija wrote in her biography in June 1996:
"During my specialization, I spent a year at the 'Sveti Duh' Clinic in Zagreb, where I completed a postgraduate study for foreigners in English, 'Ultra Sond in Ciniclao Medisin'. In Zagreb, I also attended the Ian McDonald seminar for the clinical use of ultrasound. ”
However, Professor Sanja Kupešić, whom Sebija Izetbegović publicly thanked for her support during her doctoral defense, and who worked at the „Sveti Duh“ Clinic from 1987 to 2006, said in an exclusive interview for „Avaz“ yesterday that she does not remember that dr. Izetbegović "was a registered student of formal ultrasound postgraduate classes in Zagreb" nor that she took exams at her class.
- During 15 years of work at the Clinic "Sveti Duh" I was engaged as a teacher in the postgraduate study "Ultrasound in gynecology and obstetrics in Croatian and English", and for more than 10 years I taught the course "Ultrasound in human reproduction", also at in Croatian and English, and was an examiner at the exams - said Kupešić.
For the past 15 years, she is living and working in the United States as a professor of gynecology and obstetrics and is a vice dean at El Paso School of Medicine in Texas.
While she was living in Zagreb, she was working at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics as the head of the Department of Human Reproduction, Infertility and Menopause.
- I remember that Sebija Izetbegović came to my ultrasound clinic for a short time as an observer. I have always taken education seriously and I was glad to share my knowledge and practical experience about new ultrasound techniques with all colleagues during education, including Dr. Izetbegović.
I don't remember Dr. Izetbegović was a registered student of formal ultrasound postgraduate classes, nor did she take an exam at my class. This is an easily verifiable fact, because the attendance of classes and practical work, which are a pre-condition for taking the exam, as well as the score achieved in the exam are recorded and easily verifiable at the Faculty of Medicine - said Kupešić.
Also, as Kupešić said, she does not remember that “Dr. Izetbegović independently or under supervision performed any examinations or did specialization, because she should have a permit from the Ministry of Health, in accordance with the Rulebook on specializations and narrower specializations ”.

- This information is certainly available and easily verifiable with the competent ministry. I also don't remember Dr. Izetbegović participated in the scientific research work of our team as an independent researcher or research associate, nor that she collected original data for the preparation of her master's degree or doctorate. This fact is easily verifiable because for each teaching project a letter is sent to the Ethical Trust of the hospital, which, in accordance with the Health Care Act, the Statute of the hospital and the Rules of Procedure of the Ethics Committee, approves scientific projects and dissertations - said Kupešić.

<h2>What happened with practical work</h2>

Kupešić says that the postgraduate studies were guided by the Ordinance on postgraduate professional studies at the Medical Faculty of the University of Zagreb.
- Every registered postgraduate student in "Ultrasound in Gynecology and Obstetrics" in Croatian or "Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology" in English, who successfully completed the curriculum (regularly attended classes and practical work, more than 80 percent), gained the right to take the exam, during which she/he received a record with a list of questions and grade, which was entered into the student booklet with the date and signature of the examiner - explained prof. Kupešić.

<h2>She was not part of the scientific research team</h2>

- To my knowledge, Dr. Izetbegović was never part of our scientific research team nor did she have access to the data of patients treated at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Clinic "Sveti Duh" which she could use to prepare her master's thesis or doctoral dissertation - added Kupešić.

At least 21 irregular migrants were rescued Thursday in waters off the coast of Dikili district in Turkey's Aegean province of Izmir, according to coast guard sources.

The education of Sebija Izetbegović, director of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS) and the wife of Bakir Izetbegović, the leader of SDA, is still the main topic in our country, but also in the region.
Numerous controversies regarding Sebija's academic education are coming to light every day, primarily in Zagreb, which was emphasized yesterday in an interview for "Avaz" by academician Prof. dr. Asim Kurjak.

Kurjak made it clear that he had never been Sebija's mentor for her doctoral thesis, nor that she was a student and resident at the Medical Faculty in Zagreb, which she had claimed years earlier.
Although the media and internet bots close to Izetbegović family are trying in every way to "save" Sebija, the documents deny her allegations about what she did in Zagreb.

After she was exposed, the director of KCUS tried to repair the damage in an interview with N1 the day before yesterday, but she became even more entangled in her own web of lies, and a number of open questions remains as to where and when she passed the ten postgraduate exams.
- I did not do my specialization in Zagreb. Part of my stay in Zagreb was the proposal of Professor Šimić, that the time I was spending in Zagreb due to illness - whenever I feel good - I can spend it studying at the Clinic - said Izetbegović the day before yesterday, justifying that she did not specialize in Zagreb.
However, her official biography, which she personally typed in June 1996, states the opposite.

In her biography, Izetbegović clearly stated: “During my specialization, I spent a year at the „Sveti Duh“ Clinic in Zagreb, where I completed my postgraduate studies for foreigners in English Ulta Sond in Cinclao Medisin. In Zagreb, I also attended the Ian McDonald seminar for the clinical application of ultrasound. ”


However, nowhere is stated exactly where she passed ten of the 14 postgraduate exams. Also, it was unequivocally established that she had never been registered as a postgraduate student or resident in the "Sveti duh" Clinic.

Furthermore, her academic role in Turkey is shrouded in secrecy.
In August 1994, Sebija Izetbegović sent an application to the Council for Scientific Research and Postgraduate Studies of the Medical Faculty in Sarajevo for recognition of exams, ie to be allowed to take the remaining four exams out of a total of 14.
The content of that request puts a serious temptation before the police and judicial agencies in B&amp;H, and it pushes Sebija Izetbegović towards the investigation and the possible indictment and, finally, imprisonment.
Because the director of KCUS must explain where and at which faculty and clinic she passed ten postgraduate exams, who in Sarajevo enabled such exams to be recognized at the local Faculty of Medicine, and where is the student booklet she submitted with the application and which exams are in question.

<h2>The certificate was issued and signed by Dean Mulabegović</h2>

The question is also where is the special booklet where the exercises are entered during the duration of schooling and how the then dean of the Medical Faculty in Sarajevo, Prof. dr. Nedžad Mulabegović and on the basis of which documentation he issued a certificate that Sebija Izetbegović passed all exams at the postgraduate study.
This certificate was issued on June 5th, 1996.

Today in Sarajevo, the Ambassadors of the Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC SB) formally appointed Christian Schmidt as the next High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, following his candidature put forward by Germany. 
The PIC SB looks forward to working with Mr. Schmidt when he takes up his duties as the High Representative on 1st August 2021 upon which Mr. Inzko’s resignation will become effective. The PIC SB thanks Germany for its initiative and is confident that Mr. Schmidt will accelerate the completion of the 5+2 agenda and contribute to the stability in BiH by ensuring consistent implementation of the civilian aspects of the GFAP. The PIC SB decision is also a further underlining of the commitment to the territorial integrity of BiH. 
The OHR will now inform the United Nations Secretary-General of the PIC SB’s decision. 
The PIC SB expressed its appreciation to Ambassador Valentin Inzko for his longstanding extraordinary commitment and tremendous contribution to implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement and security and stability in BiH for the past 12 years. Christian Schmidt, is new High Representative in B&H from August 1st

The House of Representatives of the Federation B&amp;H Parliament with 63 votes in favor, three against and two abstentions adopted the proposed Law on control and limited use of tobacco, tobacco products and other smoking products, which provides for a ban on smoking in all closed public spaces, public gatherings, workplaces and in public transport, and private cars if there are minors in them.
 
In order for it to enter into force, it needs to be approved by the House of Peoples of the FB&amp;H Parliament.
FB&amp;H Assistant Minister of Health Snježana Bodnaruk pointed out that the law is the basis for the systematic protection of public health and should reduce the cost of health care because significant funds are allocated for the treatment of diseases caused by smoking.
-The law was drafted in accordance with the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control of the World Health Organization and Directive 2014/40 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 2014 on the harmonization of laws and regulations of Member States on the production, presentation and sale of tobacco and related products- underlined Bodnaruk.
The law, she says, gives a period of 18 months for the application of the law, i.e. harmonization with the provisions.
The fines will not be applied in that period, and they are prescribed in the amount of 2,000 to 5,000 KM if the cafe or restaurant does not comply with the provisions of the law banning smoking.
The FB&amp;H coordinator for tobacco control, Aida Ramić-Čatak, emphasized that eight million people die every year as a result of smoking.
