A high-level delegation consisting of Minister of Security of B&amp;H Selmo Cikotić, Austrian Ambassador to B&amp;H Ulrike Hartmann, IOM Chief of Staff/Assistant Secretary General from Geneva Eugenio Ambrosi and IOM Chief of Mission in B&amp;H Laura Lungarotti will visit the temporary center Lipa near Bihać tomorrow. 

Minister Selmo Cikotić will inform officials about the situation in the temporary reception center where migrants, asylum-seekers and refugees are currently sheltered and progress towards the establishment of the official Temporary Reception Centre Lipa, which is designed to accommodate 1,500 people, including families with children, unaccompanied children, and single men.
While 4,500 migrants, asylum-seekers and refugees are accommodated in the official temporary reception centres in Bosnia and Herzegovina, efforts are under-way to improve accommodation standards and capacities across the whole country. 
The Government of Austria, through the International Organization for Migration – IOM, provides financial support to the authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the overall migration management, including support for additional reception facilities in Lipa and to help Bosnia and Herzegovina strengthen its migration management capacities.
The funds provided from Austria, are primarily directed to the establishment of an official temporary reception centre Lipa.
In addition to the construction works in Lipa, Austria participates financially in the management of reception centres in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in the provision of non-food products and other needs for the most vulnerable among the migrants, announced the Press Office of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in B&amp;H.&nbsp;

The Vice President of the Alliance for a Better Future of B&amp;H, Admir Čavka, said that the latest events in Srebrenica showed the true situation of returnees in smaller B&amp;H entity, ie the policies that govern the processes conducted in Srebrenica.
- Unfortunately, many times so far we have witnessed that many of us are even declaratively in favor of the unity of the returnee corps when it comes to the election campaign. But, immediately after the election, it is clear that only individuals decide on the spoils, that is, on the positions that should be snatched - said Čavka.
According to him, this is exactly what happened in Srebrenica, the place of genocide, the greatest suffering of Bosniaks. Čavka reminds that SBB B&amp;H has participated in all meetings since the founding of the "My Address Srebrenica" initiative and gave full support to the candidate for mayor Alija Tabaković, but also to the coalition in which SBB B&amp;H also participated.
- As the vice president of SBB B&amp;H, I was at most of these meetings, and the representatives of the coalition met on several occasions with the president of SBB B&amp;H, Fahrudin Radončić. We unconditionally supported the boycott of the elections in Srebrenica and provided support to correct the injustice committed by election theft - said Čavka.

At the meeting in Srebrenica, which was attended by the leaders of political parties, it was concluded that the mandates will not be accepted and that in no case will there be cooperation with the deniers of genocide. After that, a meeting of the presidents of the political parties was held with the reis-l-ulema Husein Kavazović. On that occasion, a statement was signed that in the future all pro-Bosnian forces will operate together in the area of smaller Bosnia and Herzegovina entity.
- However, we learned from the media that a coalition was signed in Srebrenica between SNSD, SDA, DF and SB&amp;H without the consent and knowledge of SBB B&amp;H and PDA, which are part of the initiative "My address Srebrinica". By signing this coalition with the genocide deniers, everything that was agreed in the previous period was violated - Čavka pointed out.
In the local elections in Srebrenica, the coalition "My Address Srebrenica" appeared as a separate political entity, and the mandates were separated in the name of the coalition itself, and not in the name of separate political entities. According to Čavka, the representatives of the coalition had to inform all members of the coalition about the steps taken.
- With this act, the coalition "My Address Srebrenica" was extinguished, and it obviously served only for pre-election purposes - to reach certain positions. We can see that from the agreement between SNSD, SDA, DF and SB&amp;H. Functions and seats are divided, and the agreement itself does not mention the denial of genocide and other strategic issues – it was pointed out by Čavka.

SBB B&amp;H, adds Čavka, is not a signatory of the mentioned coalition, but this party, as every time so far, will support everything that is good for returnees. The Alliance for a Better Future of B&amp;H will insist on institutional assistance to returnees. This is the only way to ensure the survival of returnees on their doorsteps.
- Returnees who live at home every day, whose children go to school and are discriminated every day, must turn to themselves. We have too many enemies to be our own enemies. Therefore, it is more than necessary for us to unite and solve the accumulated problems together. We must not be on a bus rushing towards the accident. And while the bus is going to a certain doom, we are arguing over who will sit where - said Čavka.

US Government donates equipment to B&H Border Police

The head of the Clinic for Anesthesia and Resuscitation of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS), Amela Katica-Mulalić, was questioned last week in the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, as part of the investigation of "raspberry respirators", which are used only in this medical institution, "Avaz" portal finds out.

Dr. Katica-Mulalić's testimony to the prosecutors working on the investigation took a full seven hours.
Prosecutors, as we find out, were interested who approved the use of respirators procured by "Silver Raspberry" in COVID wards at KCUS, as well as a letter from anesthesiologists sent to the Administration, which talks about the catastrophic situation in the treatment of coronavirus patients.
The statement of Katica-Mulalić, given on several pages, does not go in favor of the general director Sebija Izetbegović, the wife of Bakir Izetbegović, the leader of the SDA.
This is exactly one of the reasons why Sebija is in total panic and why the alleged "doctors" of KCUS, 15 days after the visit of the state prosecutor Džermin Pašić in this institution, decided to file a report with the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor against him.
In fact, they want to stop the investigation and the work of prosecutors in this case at any cost, but also to prevent other anesthesiologists from testifying about the situation in KCUS. But, according to the information that Avaz has, that is impossible for now. Apart from Katica-Mulalić, the calls went to other anesthesiologists.

Hiding behind doctors, Director General Izetbegović is actually saving herself because she has been deeply involved in the process of procuring respirators since day one, which was confirmed by Prosecution witnesses at the trial of Bakir's Prime Minister of the Federation of B&amp;H, Fadil Novalić.
It is now important to follow the next moves of the Office of the Disciplinary Prosecutor, headed by Alena Kurspahić-Nadarević, who is deciding on the report against Prosecutor Pašić.

As it was said at the meeting, in mid-May, a military exercise will be held at the Dubrava Military Base with the participation of about 200 soldiers from the USA and soldiers from the B&amp;H Armed Forces, while about 600 soldiers will perform the same exercise at two more locations in B&amp;H. With this exercise, Bosnia and Herzegovina is improving its partnership with US and NATO partners and will continue to develop interoperability and operations capabilities.
-I am glad that the US policy is still in favor of our country and this exercise is a proof that they are still present on our soil and that the exercise will further contribute to the security and stability of B&amp;H. Their knowledge, which they will transfer to the Armed Forces of B&amp;H in these exercises, is something we should appreciate and respect- said municipal mayor Džafić.

The trial of the Prime Minister of the Federation of B&amp;H, Bakir's Prime Minister Fadil Novalić and others in the "Respirators" affair continued today in the Court of B&amp;H.
In addition to Novalić, FB&amp;H Finance Minister Jelka Milićević, suspended director of the Federal Civil Protection Administration Fahrudin Solak and Fikret Hodžić, owner of the "Silver Raspberry" company, are also charged. They are accused of procuring 100 respirators from China worth 10.5 million KM. They are also on trial for the purchase of medical equipment worth 2.9 million KM.
Aida Čorbeg, an anesthesiologist from Travnik, testified as a witness at today's hearing. She explained the circumstances of communication with Novalić's secretary Bahra Džaka, who, according to the previously presented correspondence, was interested in the quality of certain types of respirators.
-In the mail I received a picture of a respirator "Gorej 3.000" which I said was good and that they should search in that direction. She said that there was no regular tender procedure, that it was a state of emergency, that's how I understood it. I said about transport respirators that they are not okay and that they should not consider them. - stated Čorbeg.
She testified that when giving her opinion, she was guided by the specification of the device since she was an anesthesiologist.
- In one message, I received a picture of a transport respirator, which I said was out of the question, and Bahra replied that she would tell this to the Prime Minister, and let him decide. I was getting pictures and specifications of several respirators, I was just looking at those that could be used in intensive care units - said Čorbeg.
Čorbeg also said that in the message from Džaka she received a specification of the respirator "ICU Ventilator" which was named by the code, and according to the specification she determined that it meets the criteria for the treatment of patients with coronavirus.
She also said that she sent Džaka contacts of companies that procure respirators to facilitate the process via Viber, and in one of the messages Džaka wrote to her: "I don't know why the Prime Minister took to do this, he transferred everything to the cabinet."

The witness also communicated with Džaka via viber, and in one of the messages she stated that she was explicit that a transport respirator should not be procured in any way.
- I remember that she called me on the phone on April 1st. I was returning from duty and she asked me for my opinion on respirators, whether they were good or not. In the mail I received a picture of a respirator "Gorej 3.000" which I said was good and that they should search in that direction. I wanted to help. She asked for my position on respirators because she knew I was an anesthesiologist. She said that there was no regular tender procedure, that it was a state of emergency, that's how I understood it. I said about transport respirators that they are not okay and that they should not consider them. In giving my opinion, I was guided exclusively by specifications. I did not look at the manufacturer, the price or the supplier - stated Čorbeg.

She testified that when giving her opinion, she was guided by the specification of the device since she was an anesthesiologist.
- In one message, I received a picture of a transport respirator, which I said was out of the question, and Bahra replied that she would tell this to the Prime Minister, and let him decide. I was getting pictures and specifications of several respirators, I was just looking at those that could be used in intensive care units - said Čorbeg.
Čorbeg also said that in the message from Džaka she received a specification of the respirator "ICU Ventilator" which was named by the code, and according to the specification she determined that it meets the criteria for the treatment of patients with coronavirus.
During the correspondence via Viber, she sent to Džaka contacts of companies that deal with the procurement of respirators in order to facilitate the procurement, and in one of the messages, Džaka wrote to her: "I don't know why the Prime Minister took to do this, he transferred everything to the cabinet."
Prosecutor Mirza Hukelić asked the witness if she had ever heard of a respirator marked "ACM 81 A", and she replied that she had learned about this type of device from media reports.
Vasvija Vidović, defense counsel for the first indictee Novalić, in cross-examination asked the witness if she knew what the conditions were for the procurement of respirators on the market at the time, and she replied that she learned from the media that "there is a general procurement race and that all countries are struggling to get them, but that she was not aware that America and the EU have banned the export of respirators ".
Šejla Cilović - Lagarija, an employee of the Federal Institute of Public Health, also testified, explaining that an analysis of the needs for medical equipment for the FB&amp;H had been made.

She stated that the director of the Institute, Davor Pehar, told her to make an analysis of the condition and needs for medical equipment with her colleague Aida Ramić-Čatak.
The analysis was requested at a meeting attended by Dr. Goran Čerkez and Marina Bera.
- We requested from all the cantonal institutes to send us what is missing from the medical equipment and what they have at their disposal. Based on that, after five days we made an analysis. We have consolidated the data - stated Cilović-Lagarija.
Prosecutor Hukeljić asked the witness if she knew what happened to the analyzes after they were completed, and she said that she handed them over to Director Pehar. He was also interested in how the analyzes were adopted, but she could not remember, so Hukeljić reminded her with a statement she gave during the investigation.
After that, Cilović-Lagarija confirmed that the analyzes were adopted in the Viber group of the Federal Crisis Staff.
Hukeljić asked the witness if there had ever been any offers or prices for certain medical equipment in the Institute, and she said that all offers had been recorded. After a few additional questions, the witness recalled that they also made a table with "approximate" prices of equipment.
After that, the prosecutor was interested in how they found out about the prices, where they got the information from, and Cilović-Lagarija said that they found the prices on the Internet.
So far, Bahra Džaka, former director of the B&amp;H Public Procurement Agency Đenan Salčin, wife of Bakir Izetbegović, SDA president and KCUS director Sebija Izetbegović and director of the company „Cubicus“ Denis Đulalić have testified before the court.
We remind you that Novalić, Solak and Hodžić are accused of associating in order to commit criminal offenses related to acts of abuse of position or authority, receiving a reward or other form of benefit for trading in influence.
The indictment also charges them with money laundering, falsification or destruction of business or trade books or documents, falsification of official documents and violation of the obligation to keep trade or business books and compile financial reports and their falsification or destruction.
The next hearing is scheduled for April 21st, and Davor Pehar and Marina Bera will testify.

Among them are members of the Presidencies of B&amp;H, the chairman and ministers in the Council of Ministers of B&amp;H, the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, the President of the Court of B&amp;H, members of the Collegium of the House of Peoples and the House of Representatives of the B&amp;H Parliament, as well as foreign officials.
The story of unnecessary expenses accumulating was reactivated after Foreign Minister Bisera Turković (SDA) was filmed shopping in an official car with her escort after working hours.
She later justified herself by saying that she, as the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B&amp;H, must be accompanied and that she cannot reject that.

B&amp;H Minister of Transport and Communications Vojin Mitrović (SNSD) is proof that ministers can refuse official escort.
Namely, he is the only minister in this convocation of the Council of Ministers of B&amp;H who refused official escort, and the driver comes from Bijeljina from his private company. He is also the minister with the fewest advisers, there are only two of them.
- This is my personal decision, the law allowed me to have official escort and a driver, but I don't want that. Since taking office in December 2019, I have refused that privilege. I don't think anyone should protect me from my people. If someone still needs to protect me from the people, then I should not be in this position - Mitrović said for the "Avaz" portal.
He added that this is still his personal decision, which he has nurtured since the beginning of his term as Minister of Transport and Communications of B&amp;H.
- That decision was not made today, but today it is especially important because that money can be redirected to other purposes. It is really my personal decision that I should not be protected from my people by the police or special units - Mitrović is categorical.

Biden proposed a meeting "in a third country" with his Russian counterpart during a call on Tuesday, in order to discuss rising tensions between Russia and Ukraine and in a bid to de-escalate increasingly strained relations between Washington and Moscow.

Today, SBB marked the Day of the Army of RB&amp;H throughout our country. The delegation led by SBB Political Director Anis Krivić visited the Kovači Cemetery in Sarajevo, where the first President of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the late Alija Izetbegović, and the Commander of the Army of RB&amp;H, the late Rasim Delić, were honored by laying flowers and reciting the Fatiha prayer.
SBB Vice President Admir Čavka led the party delegation in Sanski Most, where they paid tribute to the late General Mehmed Alagić, commander of the 7th Corps of the RB&amp;H Army, by laying flowers and reciting the Fatiha prayer at the central city memorial, but also at its cemetery.
The delegation of the SBB of the Brčko District also marked the Day of the Army of RB&amp;H by laying wreaths and reciting the Fatiha prayer at the central memorial to the martyrs and killed soldiers in Brčko.
As a sign of great gratitude for everything they gave to Bosniaks as a people and the state of B&amp;H as generals, former MUP special forces and members of the Army Ismir Jusko and Samir Čajić, on the occasion of Army Day, visited Generals Sefer Halilović and Atif Dudaković the first Chief of Staff of the Supreme Command of the Army of RBiH and the Commander of the 5th Corps, on behalf of SBB.

The Army of the Republic of B&amp;H, which became respectable military force because of the people and brave hearts of unarmed fighters, was of crucial importance in the defense of Bosniaks as a people, but also the multiethnic state of B&amp;H in the aggression against our country from 1992 to 1995. The members of the Army of RB&amp;H, its fighters and commanders who deserve every kind of honor are most responsible for that.

- The position of the USA on the issue of the Dayton Peace Agreement and the future of B&amp;H as a single state destined for the Euro-Atlantic community is well known and unchanged. We are committed to the principles of Dayton - Bosnia and Herzegovina is a democratic, multiethnic, sovereign and independent state with unquestionable territorial integrity. As for the status of B&amp;H, it is not the opinions about it that are important, but the facts and international law - they said.
They added that the territorial integrity and sovereignty of B&amp;H are guaranteed by the Dayton Peace Agreement.

-Neither Dayton, nor the Constitution of B&amp;H give the right of secession to either of the two entities. Any action aimed at dismantling B&amp;H is a violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement. The primary goal of secessionist rhetoric is to move away from the hard work and responsible dialogue needed for reforms that would restore citizens' trust, encourage economic recovery, and contribute to B&amp;H's progress in achieving EU goals. No entity has a future outside B&amp;H - they are categorical.

By order of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo and the Prosecutor's Office of SC, members of SIPA again visited KCUS this morning, where they seized the documentation on the "Silver Raspberry" respirators.
SIPA has visited this medical institution twice so far, but it did not exclude all the necessary business documentation.
This is a continuation of the action which began on the 8th of April, and this information was confirmed earlier by Luka Miladinović, SIPA spokesman, for "Avaz".
The documentation was not exempted because it was in the safe-deposit box of this institution, which was inaccessible to the inspectors last time.
The activities were launched after a letter from doctors appeared in public, which spoke about the catastrophic situation at KCUS and stated that "Silver Raspberry" respirators could not be used to treat COVID patients.
A few days ago, state and cantonal prosecutors were at KCUS.
The acting cantonal prosecutors who went to the KCUS are Mladen Vukojičić and Meliha Dugalija, who is the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the SC Prosecutor's Office.
In the coordinated action of the two prosecutor's offices in KCUS, the state prosecutor Džermin Pašić was also present. He is the acting prosecutor in the "Fadil Novalić and Others" case. His investigator Mirza Jamaković was with him.
As part of this investigation, a search of the company "Verlab" and FCPA was recently conducted.

The state of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Bosniak people are proud of the Army of RB&amp;H, its successes and honorable struggle. In just four years, it grew into a respectable people's army, a military force, which defended our homeland in the aggressive onslaught of its enemies from 1992 to 1995.
The Army of RB&amp;H was adorned by Bosnian sons, brave hearts of soldiers and their commanders, who at the beginning of the aggression stood bare-handed in front of tanks and a much superior enemy. From this historical distance, we can say with certainty that our homeland was defended by the courage of the members of the Army of RB&amp;H and their true faith in multiethnic Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Today is an opportunity to remember in a special way the martyrs and killed soldiers and war invalids who gave their lives for a free, multiethnic and independent state of B&amp;H.

French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday praised efforts made to rebuild the Notre-Dame cathedral in Paris, saying continued mobilisation was needed to meet the government's target of restoring the landmark within three years.

Visiting Notre-Dame two years to the day after the world watched transfixed in horror as flames ravaged the cathedral, Macron said "immense" restoration work had already been accomplished since the blaze.
-We are also looking to the three coming years because we will have to meet our targets, and therefore there is a great mobilisation of planning that is very demanding and rigorous- he said.
While the spire collapsed and much of the roof was destroyed on the evening of April 15 2019, the efforts of firefighters ensured the great medieval edifice survived the night.
Macron set a five-year restoration target in the immediate aftermath of the fire, which would mean the cathedral could be visited again when Paris hosts the 2024 summer Olympics.
He reiterated the objective a year later, despite delays brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.
While Notre-Dame will be reopened for worship in April 2024, restoration work will actually have to continue beyond that date, according to Jean-Louis Georgelin, a former general handpicked by Macron to lead the effort.
The rebuild is helped by some 833 million euros ($991 million) collected in a national and international donation campaign launched immediately after the fire, although this may not be enough to push the restoration over the finishing line. 
The interior of the cathedral is today marked by a web of scaffolding, surrounded by nets and tarpaulins, where carpenters, rope workers, scaffolders and crane operators hurry around.
Meanwhile, investigators are trying to shed more light on the causes of the fire.
Several shortcomings in the security of the cathedral were identified -- in particular in the alarm system which meant that the alert to firefighters was late -- and in the electrical system of one of the elevators.
An accident, possibly caused by a short circuit or discarded cigarette butt, remains a likely explanation, but the extent of the damage has made drawing any final conclusions impossible.

Dr. Orhan Karahodža, who is originally from Travnik and has been living and working in Switzerland and Germany for years, found himself at the center of a major scandal which was published by German television ZDF.

<h2> Private traders who want to make big money</h2>

"Golden fever during pandemic? Suspicious business with vaccines", is the title of the story of ZDF journalists, which is based on the trace of suspicious purchases of vaccines against coronavirus in Europe.
The full story, as stated, is based on a certain "Doctor O." (Orhan Karahodža), who, according to German journalists, mediates in procurement between states and producers. Vaccines are officially traded only between manufacturers and state governments, and there are private traders who want to make big money.
Karahodža is the owner of the company "Doctors365" from Switzerland, and in a statement for "Avaz" he claims that he is not doing anything illegal and that the whole business related to the mediation of vaccines is transparent.

- I am far from being a vaccine dealer. I'm not selling anything. I am a mediator between governments. I am a doctor who has contacts and I do not see anything controversial there. Governments contact me and I continue to mediate. It is true that I was also contacted by the RS Government for the procurement of AstraZeneca vaccines, 500,000 doses. People are looking for a solution. They are looking for vaccines, some of them are not asking for the price. But now it all stopped, because "AstraZeneca" blocked everything. There were also some informal contacts from the Government of FB&amp;H- says Karahodža.
He claims that he has not earned a single cent so far in the mediation business.
- I work on a commission and there is nothing disputable about that. Every offer I get is checked by my lawyers. Libya wants six million doses of "AstraZeneca", Dominican Republic one million doses. There is nothing "under the grain". I am asked by governments from all over the world to help them and I then I connect them directly with distributors. Depending on who wants what. Whoever sends the letter, I mediate. I don’t take vaccines and I don’t carry them to anyone. I mediate. I get a letter, which I then send to "AstraZeneca". I always claim that the best way is to go the direct route, but if you can't, contact me - says Karahodža.

- Now everything is on hold for the next three months. And it all goes through a firm in London. As far as I know, "AstraZeneca" has already contacted the RS Government. But I have no influence on the price of vaccines. Well you know the price of a mask was one cent in the beginning and now it’s 50 cents. See what the situation is. Demand for vaccines is high because people are dying en masse. Some, of course, offer more money. But I don't like injustice, because I work honestly - says Karahodža.
