A skydiving instructor and their customer died Sunday after falling from a plane before a tandem jump in Australia.

Police said two people died in the accident at Goulburn, about two hours' drive southwest of Sydney, after the aircraft began experiencing "difficulty".

The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected the appeal of the arrested Denis Prcić, the founder and owner of the American University in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who was ordered into one-month custody five days ago. After some media reported that professors from the Faculty of Dentistry tried to smuggle dental implants, who were traveling with Dean Muhamed Ajanović, the institution reacted promptly.
It should be reminded that upon their arrival in Sarajevo, the professors were subjected to increased control by members of the Indirect Taxation Authority of B&amp;H (ITA), based on an anonymous report. On that occasion, as reported by the ITA, dental implants and other goods were confiscated, with a total value of around 40,000 KM, and several regime media accused professors of smuggling the goods without checking the accuracy of the information, writes portal Pressmedia.
Such incorrect allegations were immediately denied and it was clarified what was this all about about:
- The dental material in question was handed to us because it is necessary for the participants of professional training organized by the Faculty of Dentistry, before starting the training, to get acquainted with the technology and system of materials produced by Ritter, to avoid possible problems during the non-cyclical study Dental implants from basic to advanced. This is the reason why we carried donated implants from the United States, and not with the intent to smuggle it, as you incorrectly stated in your text.
That the statements received from the Faculty of Dentistry in Sarajevo are true is confirmed by a facsimile of a letter sent to this institution by the company "Ritter Implants GmbH &amp; Co. KG", with which the Faculty of Dentistry has established cooperation and which has previously donated dental implants and accompanying equipment to this institution.

- Thank you for calling me to verify the authenticity of the e-mail with the attachment. This e-mail is authentic, and I take this opportunity to invite you to contact the representatives of Ritter in order to possibly, and in case of further doubts, receive confirmation from them. The Faculty submitted all relevant information and documents to the competent authorities for further action, including the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H, because I am deeply aware of the fact that this does not happen by accident, but is an expression of serious engagement of Osman Mehmedagić and his associates in numerous institutions and the ITA.

And again, cheap and false patriotism, traitors in "our" ranks, foreign mercenaries, anti-Bosniak prosecutors and judges ... And in the real world, the truth is completely different, but Bakir and the SDA did not say a word about it.
While they complain that Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović are blocking the reform processes and the path to the EU at the state and entity levels, they are silent about the fact that four SNSD delegates and four HDZ delegates were elected exclusively by SDA votes in the state House of Peoples (and this is the majority of a total of 15 delegates), and that, also by the will of the SDA, the HDZ after the 2018 elections achieved a controlling stake in the federal House of Peoples.
It is the beginning and the end of every story about their alleged struggle for the state, the people and the citizens.
Even more devastating, but not unexpected, is the silence of the SDA and Bakir Izetbegović at the Main Board on criminal and corruption scandals involving the party's staff.

<h2>Suspicious diplomas of Osmica and Sebija </h2>

For months, the public and the media have been buzzing about the fake diploma and other criminal activities of the home intelligence officer and director of ISA, Osman Mehmedagić Osmica, in charge of all the dirt and planting of opponents of the couple Izetbegović's regime. If the state prosecutor's office remains persistent and professional until the end, it should come as no surprise that Osmica will soon end up where his companion and printer of fake diplomas Denis Prcić is currently - on defendant's bench and in prison.

Pretending that they neither read nor saw any of the above, the members of the SDA Main Board plebiscitarily supported Professor Izetbegović, as her husband Bakir publicly glorifies her, praising her inevitable role in - watch out now!? - the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.
SDA's federal prime minister, Fadil Novalić, the first indictee in the "Ventilators" affair, also received undivided support, and the heavy defeats of SDA ministers in the face of the migrant crisis turned into a non-existent victory.
It no longer matters whether Bakir Izetbegović is really ignorant or a self-confident insolent manipulator, but a normal man's brain is tied in a knot when he listens to his praises about the great economic results of Novalić's government in the fight against the negative consequences of the pandemic or about the success in the procurement of vaccines and protection of the lives of B&amp;H citizens, only visible to him.

<h2>An ostrich strategy with its head in the sand</h2>

At the same time, economic experts say that the authorities in B&amp;H have set the economy behind at all levels for at least five years, that investors, due to the unbearable business climate, are fleeing B&amp;H like the devil runs away from the cross. Also, we are the third in the world in terms of the number of deaths in relation to the number of infected, Prime Minister Fadil Novalić did not procure a single vaccine on the world market, citizens are vaccinated from donated vaccines or go to Serbia for vaccination.

Reporters Without Borders urged police protection for the journalists, adding that Serbian officials and pro-government media "played a role in creating a climate for these attacks".
According to RSF, Veljković was discredited on pro-government media, while Kožul was labelled a "provocateur" by Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić.

Eric Nelson, the Ambassador of the United States of America to Bosnia and Herzegovina, reacted after today's stormy speech by the Director of Civil Protection of the Republic of Srpska, Milan Novitović, during the simulation exercise "Coordination 2021". Nelson told Novitović that the exercise is very important and that many things can be learned from it that are applied in crisis situations and natural disasters.

As an example, Ambassador Nelson cited the floods from 2014 or the earthquakes in Croatia in 2020 during which joint action was needed.
- It is important that we continue with the exercise. We do not see members of Parliament in this exercise. We see citizens, police officers, volunteers, members of agencies helping those affected. It is very important that everyone participates in the exercise today, from all entities and the Brčko District and organizations - that is the value of this lesson - Nelson pointed out.

<h2>The interest of my people is at stake</h2>

It should be reminded that during the briefing, Novitović asked about the (non) formation of a coordination body at the state level and pointed out his dissatisfaction because, as he says, he was the only representative of the Serbian people.
- The Coordination Body of B&amp;H exists, it was formed by the decision of the Council of Ministers. In the objectives of the exercise you have defined that it is necessary to check the establishment of the coordinating body. What do you want to say, that at the beginning this exercise failed, because you cannot form a coordinating body. This is a simulation, the RS Emergency Situations Headquarters has been simulated. Višković is not sitting here as the president of the staff and other members of the staff - said Novitović in his presentation.
- The interest of my people is at stake, there are no representatives of my people. I feel like a constructive part of Bosnia and Herzegovina and I think I have to say it publicly every time I feel that my people are threatened. Davor Dragičević, the father of the fataly injured David, commented on the decision of the Constitutional Court of B&amp;H for the "Avaz's" portal.
It should be reminded that the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina determined today that Davor, the father of David Dragičević, had his human rights and fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution of B&amp;H and the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms violated.
- This is what we have been expecting for more than two years - says Davor and adds:
- We are still not in possession of the entire decision of the Constitutional Court of B&amp;H. After this decision, I expect a quick reaction from the Prosecutor's Office of B&amp;H and Chief Prosecutor Gordana Tadić. I would also like to mention that I have full confidence in her and this institution.This decision removes all obstacles to the full investigation of the crime committed by the RS institutions headed by the Ministry of Republic of Srpska and the RS Prosecutor's Office, and to bring to justice all those who participated in that monstrous crime in any way. Let there be justice for David and Dženan, it's time - Dragičević concluded.

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina found that Davor Dragičević, David Dragičević's father, had his human rights and fundamental freedoms guaranteed by the B&amp;H Constitution and the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms violated.
The appeal, which was accepted, was filed by the lawyer Ifet Feraget, who represents the Dragičević family.
In a brief information, the Constitutional Court of B&amp;H states that a decision on Davor Dragičević's appeal established a violation of the right to life.
In the circumstances of the present case, there is a violation of the appellant's right when the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka took 100 days to "define" the criminal offense in respect of which there are grounds for suspicion and to issue a formal order to conduct an investigation, which is still ongoing even after three years since the event - states the Constitutional Court of B&amp;H.
The full decision is not yet available to the public.
By the way, Davor Dragičević's appeal was filed in 2019 and was on the agenda of the session of the Grand Council several times. Although the appeal was considered earlier, it is now the first time a decision has been made on it.

B&H Constitutional Court: Human rights of the family of David Dragičević were violated

Lawyer Damir Koldžo, who, in addition to the Palić family, also represents the Hota family, today submitted another report to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against the director of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo.
Koldžo represents the Hota family from Olovo, and as we previously published the confession of Mirsad Hota, his brother Atif passed away on March 4th. What is shocking in this case is that Atif Hota was treated as a covid-patient even though a PCR test showed that he was negative for the coronavirus. These allegations were also confirmed in the documentation submitted by Koldžo.
Atif Hota was admitted to KCUS on February 24th and passed away on March 4th. On admission to the hospital he was placed on the infectious ward and was put on a ventilator. He was negative for coronavirus, which was shown by three tests, Mirsad Hota told us earlier.

<h2>Report against Amela Katica-Mulalić as well</h2>

We remind you that on June 11th, Koldžo filed a criminal report with the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office against the director of the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo, Sebija Izetbegović, Amela Katica-Mulalić, head of the KCUS Anesthesia and Resuscitation Clinic, and other doctors for negligent treatment, abuse of office and authority.
As Koldžo's lawyer confirmed to us, the Chief Prosecutor of the SC Prosecutor's Office, Sabina Sarajlija, did not assign this criminal report to the prosecutor.
He also reported the health inspector Luka Pirnat, a former KCUS employee, who is a signatory of all documents as a health inspector of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs.

<h2>Gross medical errors and omissions</h2>

Lawyer Koldžo received the documentation on this case after more than two months.
- Gross medical errors and omissions were found, due to which I believe that there is a basis for filing a criminal complaint - Koldžo told us at the time.
Sead Palić was admitted to KCUS on March 8th, in the midst of the third wave of the pandemic. He died on March 23rd at the age of 44. After the death of her husband, Mirela received only a death certificate. She received a discharge letter and documentation on the course of treatment only on May 17th.
In the beginning of April, Sead Palić's wife Mirela Palić announced in a confession for "Avaz" that she would sue KCUS and the responsible persons for negligence in treatment.
